Hiclass Tokyo(HT)designs and discloses our Membership Agreement.This agreement is originally written in Japanese and this is an English-translated version. In case the contents of English and Japanese conflicts, Japanese agreement controls. HT encourages to read our Agreement, Terms of Use, or any related principle stated on our website for all members or non-members who are applying for our membership.

1. Definition of Member

Member means that endorses Agreement, completes our registration process in full, and officially approved by HT.

2. Membership Requirement

Male Member

• Who is at age 30 over and financially stable.
• Who is approved by HT and completes to pay required registration fee stated in Article 6 Section 2.
• Who uses our service within one year from the registration date or the date of last time of service.
• Who acts in good faith and protects our name.
• Who is not associated with anti-social forces or any similar crime organization.
• Who is not competitor.

Female Member

• Who is at age 18 to around mid 40s and physically and emotionally stable; however this is not applicable for high-school student at age 18.
• Who is approved by HT.
• Who acts in good faith and protects our name.
• Who is not associated with anti-social forces or any similar crime organization.
• Who is not competitor.

3. Registration Process

Male Member

1. Generally, an applicant must be referred by current Member for registration.
2. A person without such reference must read and endorse Agreement first, then apply for our interview through toll-free call or application form listed on HT website. The application form must include available date and time slots for interview. HT staff will promptly contact the applicant for further arrangement. After the interview, HT will review to determine the eligibility of the membership.
3. During the interview, an applicant must valid identification. Acceptable ID cards must be valid and issued by governmental authority such as;

• Drivers license
• Passport
• Japanese residential card (My-Number-Card)
• Alien Residence Certificate (for foreigner living in Japan)

Female Member

1. Applicant must read carefully and endorse Agreement first, then apply for our interview through toll-free call or application form listed in HT website. The application form must include available date and time slots for interview. HT staff will promptly contact the applicant for arrangement.
2. During the interview, HT may accept the registration and take photos of the applicant for members-only brochure.
3. During the interview, an applicant must valid identification. Acceptable ID cards must be valid and issued by governmental authority such as

• Drivers license
• Passport
• Japanese residential card (My-Number-Card)
• Alien Residence Certificate (for foreigner living in Japan)

We will not accepts; Employee ID card, Private membership card, Health insurance card, or any governmental ID card without photo.

4. Disapproval

In case the membership application is rejected after an interview for any reaseons stated in above article, HT may not give specific reasons for disapproval to the applicant.

5. Membership Validity

Membership will be automatically renewed for one year only when Member meets Requirements for Membership in Article 2 and not applied to the condition in Article 6.

6. Membership Cancellation

HT will immediately terminate membership without prior notice when HT recognizes a Member falls into any of the following items. HT will also claim for all actual damage and expected opportunity loss that HT calculates.

• When information in the application is false.
• When Member does not meet Membership Requirement of Article 2.
• When Member forces other members any activity against his/her will.
• When Member engages in any unlawful conduct including illegal drug or prostitution.
• When Member attempts sales or business activity to other members
• When Member substantially damaged HT’s club operation.
• When Member inappropriately uses ID and password.
• Or, when HT recognizes the Member is not adequate for other specific reason.

HT will not permit for re-registration for an applicant whose membership is terminated for such reason.

7. Registration Fee, Setting Fee

Female Membership

Female membership is free of charge.

Male Membership

Registration fee, Setting Fee, and Scope of Service

PAYMENT METHOD: Credit card, Banking, Paypal

Registration Fee

Registration Fee is required to receive a membership for one year.Please settle the payment of required registration fee stated above. Registration fee is not refundable for any reason including, but not limited to, membership cancellation attributed to applicant or any items stated in Article 6.

Setting Fee

The Setting fee is required to apply for a first date with our female member. Please settle the payment of required setting fee in advance when a male member applies for first-time date setting (Setting). Setting fee is not refundable for any reason.You DO NOT need to re-pay a setting fee to us to meet your date for second time. Please directly contact her for next date.

Annual Fee

The Annual Fee is required to extend your membership for additional one year.Please settle the payment prior to membership expiration date.

Requirement: The applicant must be over 30 yrs old gentleman who receives annual income over 100 thousand USD.Please read and accept our Agreement and Terms of Use carefully before applying for a membership.

8. Setting Cancellation

Setting cancelation can be made by either phone or email to HT. Any forms are accepted but the sender’s email address or phone number must be same as registered ones.

Cancellation attributed to female Member

In case a female Member cancels scheduled Setting, paid setting fee will be carried over to next time Setting regardless of the timing of the cancellation made. Generally, membership will be terminated immediately according to item 8 of Article 6 when Setting is arbitrary cancelled without prior notice.

Cancellation attributed to male Member

In case a male Member cancel scheduled Setting before 3pm one business day prior to meeting date, paid setting fee will be carried over to next time Setting. When the cancellation is made thereafter or male member does not show up to the meeting place, paid Setting fee will NOT be neither carried over for next time Setting nor refunded.

9. How to Withdraw

Membership withdrawal can be made by email to HT. Any forms are accepted but the sender’s email address must be same as registered address.

Male Member

HT will immediately delete all registered information after accepting membership withdrawal. After HT completes the withdrawal procedure, Member may not able to re-activate membership authority. Please pay for required registration fee to re-enroll.

Female Member

HT will immediately delete all registered information, photos stated in item 2 of Article 3, profile data after accepting membership withdrawal. After HT completes the withdrawal procedure, Member may not able to re-activate membership authority. Please apply for an interview and complete registration procedure stated in Article 3 to re-enroll.

10. Other

Any doubt, dispute or matter related to Members’ personal relationship and not provided herein will be determined with mutual consultation in good faith between Members.

11. Disclaimer

HT is solely obligated to screen identity and arrange Setting between Members. HT cannot guarantee accuracy of Member profile on the website or any specific result from our service. Also HT is not responsible for any actual or potential complaint, damage or loss occurred in the personal relationship between Members.
